Xiaomi has today launched their popular Redmi Note 3 in India. Chinese maker is going to offer this handset in two variants. These two variants differ in terms of their memory: one will be a 16GB model and other is going to be a 32GB memory. 16GB memory variant will be made available at the price of INR 9,999 while 32GB memory variant will be tagged at the amount of INR 11,999.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 will be available through the official website Mi.com and popular online giant Amazon.in. These handsets will go on sale from 9th March at 2PM. It will also be attainable through Flipkart and Snapdeal but at a later date. These handsets are present in alluring color options like silver, gold and gray.
Company is also being a part of Modi’s Make in India campaign and hence will be manufacturing the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 units in India only.
It sports 5.5” display delivering screen resolution up to 1080X1920p and 403ppi pixel density. It is powered by 1.4GHz cortex A53 quad core processor and 1.8GHz Dual Core Cortex A-72 processor.
The processor is based on new Qualcomm MSM 8956Snapdragon 650 chipset. It operates on slightly outdated Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS.
As we have mentioned above that it will be available in two variants i.e 16GB and 32GB. 16GB variant includes 2GB RAM while other one bears 3GB of RAM. In both the cases external memory can be extended up to 128GB with the help of SIM 2 slot. It also incorporates Adreno 510 GPU to have enhanced graphics.
It accommodates 16MP of shooter at the rear with features like f/2.0, phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, HDR, panorama etc. It also mounts 5MP of shooter at the front for clicking selfies with f/2.0 aperture.
