The last night episode of the TV series Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with Romi asked Alia to eat properly but Alia doesn’t give the nod. She asked to him that she need to go to the hospital and Shagun also makes Romi realised that let her go to the hospital.

Shagun asked that she is on her way to the hospital so she will be leaving Alia there. Mani leaves for office. Mummyji stops him and asks him where is he going and he says that to the office. Mummyji tells this to Akka. Akka gets worried thinking if these are divorce papers.
Ruhi gives a rose to Mihir. Mihir asks about Adi. Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) turns back and gets anxious. Raman (Karan Patel) asked Mihir that he need to rest in the Bhalla house as post-accident it will be difficult for him to stay alone in the flat.
The nurse arrives and asked about Mihir’s girlfriend. Everybody gets shocked and Raman asked the nurse that as of now Mihir is single in future he will be having the same. Ishita is worried thinking of Adi and Ruhi notices that Ishita is tensed.
Raman now shocked to know that Adi fights in the office and he calls Adi to see that he is showing his tantrum to Raman which makes Raman angry. He discusses the same with Ishita and Ishita finally reveals that reason of Adi’s arrogance is that Alia is in love with Mihir.
Raman gets angry to hear so and drop the plan to take Mihir to the Bhalla house. On the other hand, Shagun insists Mihir to stay with her and Mani and Mihir also give nod. Raman’s behaviour now gets changed for Mihir and Alia. Alia is very happy as now Mihir will be staying in the Shagun’s house.
Though Ishita doesn’t want Mihir to stay with Alia as she is feared that Alia’s love for him can turn into the passion but Raman is now only caring for his son. Ishita asked to Shagun that she need to talk to her.
