The Bollywood superstars Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer Sultan released last Wednesday with mixed to positive response from the public and the film managed to earn over Rs 40 crore before even the Eid.
Sultan managed to do decent business on its opening day on the term of the box office collection as the movie already touted as the much awaited Eid release of the year features. Salman has perfectly essayed his role as a Haryanvi wrestler. The film is doing extraordinary business all over the country.
Sultan opening box office collection is as per the trade analyst Taran Adarsh,is the highest as the film managed to collected Rs 40 crore on Wednesday, and now the collection of the movie in the Bollywood box office is going high.

Due to the movie actor Salman Khan’s massive popularity Sultan got a bumper response at the box office on the opening day (July 9) and as per the industry experts and trade analyst, that film is all set to collects Rs. 150 crore over the five-day weekend.
With Eid being celebrated on Thursday, the theaters are likely to stay full today as well in the coming days as it is the first weekend of the month is.
Till now Sultan which is publicized as an action drama has been collected Rs 40 crore on Wednesday, which was day one of release. The distributer Akshay Rathi also stated to media about the movie and its collection that, “The film is doing extraordinary business across the country. The opening is like hurricane. Everyone loves it, be it the story, the songs and Salman, of course, is a treat to watch in Sultan”.
“The film is doing exceptionally well in North India like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab,” he said. Rathi predicted that the sports drama film will do Rs 150 crore business”, he added further.
Another film distributor, Rajesh Thadani stated to media about the movie that, “The film has opened really well, just as expected. It will make record breaking collection in its weekend which will be around Rs 150 crore”.
Both Rathi and Thadani feel that Sultan is going to do huge business at the box office, however, the film leaked online but it will not affect the business of the movie.
