A 21 years old boy died during the physical test of Telangana Police : A 21 years old boy died during the physical test which was held in Nalgonda for recruiting personnel for the Telangana Police. On Monday, Vasa Rajashekhar who was a second year degree student from Penpahad mandal died while participating in the 800 meter running test at the Makala Abhinav Stadium.


Vasa was rushed to hospital by the police. He died during the treatment early on Tuesday. Doctors of the Nalgonda government hospital said that Vasa died due to heart failure.

Telangana Police said that Vasa Rajashekar had finished one lap and was doing the second lap when he collapsed. Vasa was running faster than the other candidates. He had finished first 400 meters quickly. Most of the candidates were behind him around 100 meters.

SP of Nalgonda Prakash Reddy said that he fell suddenly on the ground during the second round. The medical team  reached at the spot and gave him first aid and then after rushed him to hospital.

Doctors gave him an immediately treatment where he admitted. Doctor said that during the physical test, the heart of the boy had enlarged and enough blood was not circulated in it. Blood circulation came down drastically after which he collapsed. The death could most probably due to heart failure.

Forensic doctors did the autopsy of the body. They also gave the same opinion that he died due to heart failure.

The deceased boy did not do any proper training before the physical test, said Senior officials of the TS Police Recruitment Board. Telangana Police booked a case of suspicious death. The body of Vasa was handed over to his family.

Vasa Rajashekar related to a poor family in Mukundapur village. He had qualified the written test of Telangana Police and was waiting for the physical test. The relatives of Vasa said that he wanted to join as a constable and try for higher posts in future.
