Just like Lolipop even Marshmallow has two part notifications or quick setting area. Single swipe down will pull down the notification shade while two finger swipe down will guide you to the quick setting panel.

System UI tuner:

It will appear in the bottom of the setting menu. Google has provided few twist like including battery percentage indicator to the battery, customizable quick setting area, toggles are provided so that one can rearrange, move or add new ones.

Animations and Easter eggs:

Animations are added more frequently while transiting between the various applications or pages, though this stuff is quite small but it definitely add to the polish feeling which one gets while using Marshmallow updates.

There is also a feature of Easter egg which is a hidden feature. It is a rebranded version of the flappy bird which was there in Lolipop version.
