The technical giant company, Apple has taken the large footstep in the smartwatch market a few years ago and now, they are all set to take another step that will facilitate the selling of their smartwatches. Well, we all know that Apple’s smart watches usually comes in the square shape which is not preferred by most of the people and keeping in mind all the factor, the Apple has decided to launch their brand new smartwatch in the round shape.
However, Apple Design Chief Jony Ive said that ” “When a huge part of the function is listed, a circle just doesn’t make sense.” The Apple design chief is not agreed to the smart watches with the circular shape, but the reports suggest that company will more probably launch the new watch in round shape.
According to the reports, Apple latest patent application with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) titled ‘Electronic device having display with curved edges,’ and thus the local daily are predicting the company will come with circular watches to compete with the leading smart watches manufacturing companies like Samsung, Huawei and Motorola with similar circular design smartwatches in the coming year.
However, the company had filed the patent way back in 2015; the former was only approved of recently. Meanwhile, we all just have to wait for the official words from the Apple’s official and have to see what they have decided about the upcoming smart watches.
