Earlier this month only, Faddish Taiwanese company unveiled Asus Zenfone 2 which is a mid-range handset offering decent specs. And now news is that company has again launched Asus Zenfone 2 variant named Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe. The USP of this handset can be considered its updated Intel chipset and internal memory. Apart from that rest of the specs are more and less similar to the Asus Zenfone 2. This is a special edition which will be available in silver polygon and carbon night option. Company has not yet divulged any details regarding its pricing or release date, so its looks like one have to wait for some time to grab this offering. It is a special edition of asus Zenfone 2 with major change in its chipset only.
Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe Specifications
As we have mentioned above there is not much change in the remaining features apart from processor and memory. It sports 5.5” display delivering screen resolution up to 1080X1920p. To protect the screen, it incorporates corning gorilla glass 3 screen protection. It also proffers pixel density of 401ppi i.e pixel per inch.
It is powered by quad core processor which is clocked at the clock frequency of 2.5GHz. The processor is based on Intel Z3590 chipset and is combined along with whopping 4GB of internal LPDDR3 RAM. Apart from that one my get amused by the internal storage as well, it bears 256GB of internal storage which can be further expandable up to 128GB with the help of Micro SD card slot. It operates on latest android 5.0 Lolipop OS which is layered by company Zen User Interface.
On the camera front, we have 13MP of pixel master camera at the back while 5MP of snapper is mounted at the front to click selfies and for video calling. Other camera features included are 5p Largan lens, f/2.0 aperture, and dual LED Real-tone flash along with rear camera and f/2.0 aperture and 80-degree wide lens at the front end.
It houses juicy 3000mah battery capacity which can power the handset all day long. To charge the battery faster, it comes along with boost master fast charging technology. It accommodates connectivity options like WiFi, USB, GPS, Bluetooth etc. It also supports 4G LTE+ Connectivity enabling one to enjoy faster internet services. Apart from that one also gets 3.5mm ear jack and connectors.
