Avoid using guns, Rajnath Singh tells security forces on Jammu and Kashmir

Jammu and Kashmir: Home minister Rajnath Singh is on the visit of Jammu and Kashmir to meet the injured people due to violence hit the kashmir after the killing of Terrorist Burhan Wani by the security forces in the first week of this month.

Home minister Rajnath Singh told media that the government will talk to whosoever needed once peace and normalcy is restored in the state Jammu and Kashmir.

He said that Pakistan is in itself a victim of terrorism, it should not encourage violence in Kashmir.

He also added that the government want to reiterate that if anyone has any complaints, it can only be solved through dialogue and meeting.

I want to make it clear that Government of India does not only want to have a relationship based on needs with Kashmir but a emotional relationship, HM Rajnath Singh said in media.

Rajnath Singh also meet the political leader in Jammu and Kashmir. He also met the Chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti.

HM Rajnath Singh also visit the Anantnag district where he took the stock of ground situation.

The high-level security review meeting was attended by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, senior bureaucrats, police officials and central intelligence agencies besides top officials of para-military forces.

Home Minister of India Rajnath Singh will fly back to New Delhi on Sunday evening after his two-day visit to the trouble-torn valley of Kashmir.

Earlier on Sunday, Security forces have already lifted curfew from four of the 10 districts in the Kashmir Valley.

46 people lost their life in this violent protest and more than 3600 people including 1600 army personnel injured in the violence in the valley due to the killing of terrorist Burhan Wani by the Indian forces in this month.

Mobile services and internet services suspended in the valley. Only BSNL services is on in the valley.
