Bihar Police BPSSC SI Steno 2018 Main Exam Result Check Meirt List at bpssc.bih.nic.in

Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission (BPSSC) has recently announced the 2018 Stenographer Assistant Sub- Inspector with Bihar Police recruitment main examination result.

The result has been declared on the official website of BPSSC so all the candidates who have appeared for the examination can check or download their results at the official website of BPSSC at bpssc.bih.nic.in.

The main examination for Stenographer Assistant Sub- Inspector was held on 17 March 2019. In that examination, a total of 2820 candidates had appeared for the BPSSC SI Steno main exam out of which a total number of 2355 candidates have qualified the exam.

All the candidates who have qualified the examination will now have to appear for the shorthand and typing test. The schedule for the following test will be released soon and so as its result.

The recruitment notification for the SI Steno Assistant position was announced in the month of April 2018 for filling the total number of 174 vacancies out of which 59 vacancies are reserved for the women aspirants.

Step 1: In order to check the BPSSC Steno Assistant 2018 result, firstly visit the BPSSC official website.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the result link in order to check the result for SI Steno Assistant Main exam.

Step 3: A PDF fill will open where candidates can find their roll number if they have succeed the examination as the pdf contains the roll number of all the successful candidates.

Step 4: Check and Download your result and also take a printout of it for future reference.

About BPSC

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is a body created by the Constitution of India in order to select aspirants for civil service jobs in the Indian state of Bihar as per to the merits of the candidates.

The Bihar Public Service Commission made the recruitment by two methods that is Direct Recruitment or through Promotion.

Direct recruitment is made generally by the method of conducting competitive examination in which the selection of the candidates is done on the basis of either one of the following procedures such as:

  1.  Main (Written) Examination and Interview of the qualified aspirants of the Preliminary Test set under rules.
  2. Interview

On the other hand, the Promotion is granted to civil servants by the Departmental Promotion Committee under the chairmanship of the Commission which is established for the same and in agreement with the guidelines enclosed by the State Government.
