London: In a awkward incident, a man violating the security protocols chased a flight on the runway at Madrid Airport in a hope to catch the flight in the last minutes.

The ground crew at Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport shared a video. This video has gone viral on Facebook. The video shows an unidentified man breaking through the fire escape, picking his bag and chasing a Ryanair flight to Gran Canaria at the Madrid airport.

According to the report, the incident happened on August 5 around 9:00 PM (local time). The video surfaced on the trade union Facebook page of airport.

The time duration of the video is 48 second. The video got 68 thousand views – people criticised his actions and assumed that passengers in Madrid airport behave similar way when they do not arrive in time.

According to the Guardian reported that The police did not tell the name of the man. The man was arrested upon reaching the Canaria Island in Spain. He was released later after he was cleared of any terror motives but he would still face punishment for breaching the security protocols of the airport.
