BJP Announced Biplab Kumar Deb as Next Tripura Chief Minister

Well, as you all may know that BJP won the election in Tripura and now they announced the new Chief Minister for Tripura. As per the reports,  Biplab Kumar Deb has been named the new chief minister of Tripura and they announced it after the long meeting with Union minister Nitin Gadkari today. Deb was unanimously elected leader of the BJP legislature party in the state. We are expecting that his work is going to be good as expected by the people.

Also, the Dev said, “The swearing-in ceremony will be on March 9 at 10.30am. We have sent an invitation to the Prime Minister and to all chief ministers of BJP governments. I hope PM accepts the invitation.” Also, he shared that Jishnu Deb Burman will work with me as the deputy CM of Tripura.

As per the reports, BJP took this decision after polling and the Indigenous People’s Front of Tripura has demanded that the chief minister is from the tribal community. In Assembly election results announced Saturday, the BJP routed the CPM, which had been in power in Tripura for as long as 25 years. Also, it is really a big change for the country as well as for the Party because now people are going to see change.

As you all may know that Tripura has some own problems and violence continues in several parts of the state following the shock upset of the CPM in Assembly election results + announced Saturday. Even, section 144 has been imposed in many parts and assembly of more than four people in one place has been declared unlawful.

You all may know that CPM alleged that “widespread attacks are being reported on our comrades and party offices” since Saturday, while the BJP alleged that CPM activists, too, “assaulted” 49 of its party supporters, 17 of whom had to be hospitalized.
