For the ones who don’t know much about these two terms, Jhatka, is the meat from an animal which is killed instantly and is according to the kind of animal slaughter which has been followed in Hinduism and Sikhism. While Halal meat on the other hand, is associated with Islamic dietary laws, and the meat is processed as well as prepared as per to the requirements.
