Generally the CA course duration is 4 to 5 years depends on your successful attempts. The CA course Have 4 Main Phrases, which divided into steps in continuous duration. The Phrases Of CA course Are :
1.Common Proficiency Test(CPT) – Entrance Exam
2.Integrated Professional Course(IPC) – Intermediate Course
3.Articleship – 3 Year Training
4.Final Course – The Final Exam.

Common Proficiency Test(CPT) – CPT the entrance gate for CA Course consists four main Subjects Of 200 Marks:
1.Fundamental of Accounting – 60 Marks
2.Mercantile Law – 40 Marks
3.Economics – 50 Marks
4.Quantative Aptitude – 50 Marks
A candidate Should Be considered As Passed in CPT Exam If He/She Obtain Minimum 30% Marks in Each Subject & Overall 50% Marks Aggregate In all Four Subjects.
Integrated Professional Course(IPC) – IPC Is The Second Level Of CA Course. A Candiadte Can Give IPC Exam After Successfully Passing CPT Exams. The IPC Consists 2 Groups with 7 subjects.
Group 1 :
1.Accounting
2.Business Law,Ethics & Communication
3.Cost Accounting & Financial Management
4.Taxation
Group 2 :
1.Advanced Accounting
2.Auditing & Assurance
3.Information Technology & Strategic Management
A candidate Should Be considered As Passed in IPC Exam If He/She Obtain Minimum 40% Marks in Each Subject & Overall 50% Marks Aggregate In all 7 Subjects.
CA Final Nov/Dec 2018 Exam Result To Be Declared On 23 January 2019 at 3 pm.
Final Examination – The CA Final Exam Is The Final & Last Exams Of Chartered Accountant Course.They Considered as The Most Difficult Exam In The World. These Exams Also Consist of 2 Groups With 8 Subjects.

The Passing Criteria Is Same As IPC Exams.
The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India(ICAI) Conducts The CPT Exams Generally in Month Of June & December,IPC & Final Exams In Month Of May & Nov every Year.
