Rajnath has also discussed the situation with Union Home Secretary Rajiv Gauba, who had just reached Thimpu in Bhutan and has now called him back to Delhi. A 12-member team of the National Investigative Agency (NIA), headed by an IG-rank officer is going to assist the J&K police in investigation and is going to the blast site in Pulwama.
