CA-Final Consist Of 2 Groups Of 8 Subjects :
Group I:
- Paper 1 : Financial Reporting,
- Paper 2 : Strategic Financial Management,
- Paper 3 : Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics,
- Paper 4 : Corporate and Allied Laws,
Group II:
- Paper 5 : Advanced Management Accounting,
- Paper 6 : Information Systems Control and Audit,
- Paper 7 : Direct Tax Laws
- Paper 8 : Indirect Tax Laws.
The Person Have To Complete All These Levels and Have To Complete 3 year Of Article ship Between CA-IPCC & CA-FINAL. The Passing Criteria For The Examination Is Very Different from Others. You Must Have To Pass In All Subjects with Minimum 40% in Each Subjects & 50 % Aggregate in All Subjects. And If Fails In One Subject then Have To Give The All Exams Again.
