World Health Organisation said in a statement that they and the Pan American Health Organization sent to the Cuba to determine their criteria and some of the things were observed by the organisation that in 2013,only two children’s were born with HIV virus and five with Syphilis(a disease caused due to sexual intercourse).The organisations were highly shocked as they saw this for the first time and this could never be believed from Cuba.
The WHO’s director general, Margaret Chan, said it was “one of the greatest public health achievements possible” and an important step towards an Aids-free generation.
