The popular action director Parvez Khan passed away on Monday at the age of 55. The actor got a heart attack and couldn’t survive more. The news is shared by none other than Hansal Mehta, the director of Rajkumar Rao starrer Omerta. He shared this bit of sad news on his Twitter handle where he penned a note ” Recently he heard about the demise of action director Parvez Khan. They both have worked together in ‘Shahid’ where he did the action scene in just a take. He was really an energetic, skilled and kind-hearted person. He continued to say that his voice still rings in his ears”.
The action director and also stunt coordinator has worked in many hit films that include many big names such as Mr and Mrs Khiladi, Keemat: They Are Back, Angaaray, Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena, Sehar, Gangster, Darling, Andhadundh, Badlapur, Zoop In India, Aarzoo, Soldier, Gangster, Aladdin, Ugly Aur Pagli, Dev D, Jai Santoshi Maa, Ra. One, Jail and many other super hit films.
He has worked for many Bollywood celebs such as Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Emraan Hashmi, Saif Ali Khan and many others. Currently, he was shooting for Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar starrer Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor. The film is being directed and produced by Dibakar Banerjee. Apart from the lead cast the film also features Jaideep Ahlawat, Pankaj Tripathi, Raghubir Yadav, Amrita Puri, Ananya Khare among others. The filming is almost done for ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’. He was also shooting for Class of 83 that is supposed to release on Netflix.
Class of 83 has been directed by Atul Sabharwal while produced by Gauri Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Gaurav Verma.
