Rajinikanth’s Movie ‘Darbar’ First Look Poster, Teaser, Trailer, Release Date, Cast & Story: When it comes to the superstar of the film industry, only one name comes to our mind. Yes, we are talking about the megastar of South Indian movie “Rajinikanth”. Recently, his upcoming movie is on the buzz. People were eagerly waiting for its first look and were anticipated about its release. Well, good news for Rajinikanth’s fans as the movie’s first look has been released. The movie is titled “Darbar” and the film will have its shoot start from tomorrow. The movie is expected to release in 2020 on the festive season of Pongal.

The director of the film will be A.R. Murugadoss. The music director will be Anirudh Ravichander who is famed for his music in “Kolaveri”. The female lead role will be played by Nayanthara. Nayanthara is considered as the “Lady Superstar” of the south movies. This time, Rajinikanth will be seen acting with Nayanthara after 11 years. Their past works together were Chandramukhi, Kuselan and Sivaji the boss. A.R.Murugadoss is first time doing a film with Rajinikanth and this movie will surely be big.
The production of the film is handeled by the Lyca productions. Yes, you must be familiar with this name. Lyca productions also produced “2.0” that is considered the most expensive film of India till now. The camera will be handled by Santhosh Sivan. This is third time Santosh is doing work with Murugadoss.

After the first look of the film, it is clear that Rajini is doing a cop role in this movie. After seeing the poster, anyone can easily guess about the role that Rajini is going to play. There are weapons, handcuffs, IPS insignia, a police cap and belt, a police hound and at the back there is Gateway of India. There is a punch line written on the poster that says “You decide whether you want me to be good bad or worse”. So, it could be a comic type movie full of action and entertainment.
Rajini has given many back to back hits at the box office. His recent hits were 2.0 and Petta. In 2.0, he played the role of Vaseegaran (Scientist) and Chitti (Robot) whereas he played the role of a hostel warden in Petta.
It was rumoured that Rajini would be contesting in the elections but in a statement he dismissed sll the rumours. He said that he and his party would not be contesting in the polls. He also said that he and his party would focus on the polls of 2021. He insisted his fans to vote for the party that they think can solve the promises on water in Tamil Nadu.
