This series has been produced by Marvel Studios and Lepore is the head writer and director of the series.
Vin Diesel is the voice-over artist of Baby Groot from the side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe along with Bradley Cooper who is seen in the series as an actor. The series I Am Groot was first announced in the month of December 2020. Later, Luma Pictures started to work on the series to animate the series that had got started in the month of August 2021, and in the same year, Lepore started to work for the series by the month of November.
