A few weeks ago producer B.R Chopra’s son Juno Chopra and Jackky Bhagnani stated officially that they are all set to remake Ravi Chopra’s blockbuster film The Burning Train on Jackky’s Twitter handle. He said ” he is excited and delighted to announce the remake of 1980’s lick The Burning Train in partnership with his dearest friend Juno Chopra and added hope the magic, that was created by the cast of the film would not be decreased. The makers of the film have not revealed the cast of the film. It is the dark secret but you don’t need to get disappointed because we are with the good news that the sources near the maker revealed that makers are planning to approach Hrithik Roshan to play the pivotal role in the film.
They think that Hrithik can be an excellent choice to play the lead in the film and he is able to take the film on high-level. The shooting of the film could be started soon but due to the coronavirus outbreak, the project has been halted. As soon as the lockdown gets over the cast will decide a meeting with Hrithik Roshan. The Burning Train is a 1980 Hindi language action thriller disaster film that has been directed by Ravi Chopra and produced by B.R Chopra under the banner of B.R Films. The film was starring a huge ensemble cast of Hema Malini, Parveen Babi, Jeetendra, Dharmendra and Neetu Singh in the lead roles. The story revolves around Vinod Khanna, who aims to produce an express train ‘Super Express’ that may cover the distance between Mumbai to Delhi only in 14 hours. The movie is inspired by the 1975 film The Bullet train. It was the dream project of Vinod’s career that face huge difficulty when his colleague builds bomb in the train at the inaugural process of the train from Delhi to Mumbai, it catches fire that throws hundreds of lives in the danger.
The Burning train was featuring all the gems of that generation including Jeetendra played the role of Ravi, Vinod Mehra played the role of Rakesh, Hema Malini played the role of Seema, Dharmendra played the role of Ashok, Danny Denzongpa played the role of Randhir, Neetu Singh played the role of Madhu, Vinod Khanna played the role of Vinod and Parveen Babi played the role of Sheetal. This project was the biggest one with the most talented actors of Bollywood. It is beyond our thought how the sequel will be designed but it is confirmed that it would be a great project with an ensemble cast.
