Produced by Ram Charan, the film has been directed by Surender Reddy and has the big names of the industry staring in the same. The movie will be Amitabh Bachchan’s debut in the Telugu film industry. The Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy stars Chiranjeevi as Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, Amitabh Bachchan as Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy’s Guru, Vijay Sethupathi as Narasimha Reddy’s trusted aid Obbaya, Nayanthara as Narasimha Reddy’s wife Raajakumaari Nayana Devi, and Tamannaah as Thamizh. It also stars Sudeep, Jagapathi Babu, Huma Qureshi and Ravi Kishan in supporting roles. Apart from these, The Baahubali actress will be making a cameo in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy as Rani Laxmibai.

Amit Trivedi has composed the music for the film and this will also be his debut in Tollywood. London-based stunt choreographers Greg Powell, Lee Whittaker, and Ram-Laxman have choreographed all the action sequences in the magnum opus historical drama.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy will hit the big screens on October 2, 2019. The film is set 30 years before India’s first war of Independence against the Britishers. It revolves around a freedom fighter, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, who revolted against the British.

The cast had begun the film’s shooting in Hyderabad on December 6, 2017, and the movie will finally be releasing this year. The cast recently wrapped up shooting for the film on June 2019.
Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy will be dubbed in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam as well. It will be distributed in Hindi by AA Films and Farhan Akhtar via Excel Entertainment.
