One low intensity blast occured in Naya Bazaar, near Chandni chowk market, old Delhi on Tuesday. One person was killed and five others injured in this blast.
As per the Official sources that the area is thick with firecracker factories. Initial reports suggest that a bag full of crackers might have gone off, killing the person who was carrying it.
There is no official confirmation of the cause behind the explosion yet.
Forensic teams and officers from the Special Cell reached on the spot immediately and started collecting the samples. More details about the blasts are awaited.
