The Case registered against 4 persons including Director of V R College in the patna which is related to issue in the “Bihar School Examination Board” (BSEB) results ,
According to the Bihar board has complaint that case which relates to result are registered against the four students with the Director of that college Vishun Roy which are connected with the irregularities in evaluation of the marks in the 10+2 examination which is conduct by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB)

The name of that four students are enrolled in that case is name are Sourabh Shrestha, Shalini and Ruby Rai, Rahul Kumar .
The Bihar government want to solve that case and resolved easily by the BSEB. The decision of the case dissolves the committee was taken and after the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar meet with the Education minister which is Ashok Choudhary, Education Principal Secretary named is DS Gangwar and the Chairman of the BSEB is Lalkeshwar Prasad Singh.
On Saturday ,The BSEB have canceled the result where one and three toppers are failed in the uppdated list and Re-test the exams and BSEB decided to give another chance for the students of arts topper to for a re-test on 11’June.
The Bihar School Examination Board (“BSEB”) canceled that results of Saurabh Shrestha and Rahul Kumar on June 4. After that, they conducted a team of experts for re-test on the 13 toppers in both the stream Arts and Science of the 10+2 level exams in the current year 2016. Also, the state government canceled the Vishun Roy College organization in the Vaishali district where two toppers are failed.
In the exams the Arts topper Ruby Rai, when to give the interview , where ruby rai are called Political Science as the word “Prodigal Science”, which actually meaning related to cooking.
after that , In the official statement of the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar FIR for the education department in the Vaishali for the Intermediate exams for the current year 2016.
