The TV actor Mohit Raina, is all set to seen in his merciless avatar in popular historical TV series “Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat”. And he is already having huge lime light for his role as a grown up Ashoka, in the “Chakravartin Samrat Ashoka”.
The actor is known for portrayal of Lord Shiva in “Devon Ke Dev… Mahadev”, and now he is ready to take forward the role of the Ashoka portrayed by the child actor “Chakravartin Samrat Ashoka”. From tonight the popular TV series “Chakravartin Samrat Ashoka” is all set to take 10-year leap, and Mohit’s character will be seen as a revengeful and he is now all set to seek vengeance for all wrong things which happened with him during his kid hood days.
The TV series “Navya” fame actress Somya Seth is roped to be seen as Ashoka’s love interest, she essayed role of the Kaurwaki. Regarding doing the leading role in the “Chakravartin Samrat Ashoka”, Mohit speaks to the media and he said about it that, “I feel honored to be a part of this show. After doing my last show (Mahadev), I was looking for something extraordinary and larger than life. Since the show started, my family has been a big fan of it since first day”.
“Personally I always wanted to play this character. Somewhere deep in my heart I was waiting for the leap to happen so I could fill in the gap. Now I feel blessed to play this part”. Mohit added further.
Now in the story, Ashoka will be seen fighting against all odds to get the throne of Pataliputra back. And Saumya Seth also stated to the media, regarding joining the show and she said, “I am happy that I’m playing the part of Kaurwaki. It’s something that I dreamt off ever since I was a little girl. Where my friends use to have Barbie dolls in their hands, I used to have swords in my hand. So it feels great to live my dream of becoming a princess and that took a warrior princess”.
