Happy Harmony Day 2019 History, Games, Theme, Activities, Facts, Quotes & Images: Harmony Day is celebrated every year on March 21st in Australia and this year it is going to be celebrated on 21st March 2019, Thursday. Harmony Day began in the year 1999, happening together with the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
