Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the Office Assistant call letter for IBPS RRB recruitment. The Office Assistant call letter has been released separately for Office Assistant posts and Officer Scale I posts. Candidates who applied for PET during their application IBPS RRB Office Assistant can download their call letter using their registration number and password.

Pre-exam training is conducted by the Regional Rural Banks for a limited number of candidates belonging to the reserved categories i.e. Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities/ Ex-Servicemen/ Persons with Benchmark Disabilities for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities for the Post of Officer Scale-I.
On July 15, 2019, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, announced that IBPS RRB recruitment exams will be conducted in 13 regional languages in addition to English and Hindi

- Click on the RRB Office Assistant call letter link.
- Click on the link for Office Assistant call letter or Officer Scale I call letter as applicable.
- Enter your registration number and password.
- Submit and download your Pre-exam Training call letter.
RRB will conduct a preliminary examination only for the posts of Office Assistant and Officer Scale I. IBPS will select candidates in both Officer posts and Office Assistant posts on the basis of two online exams and interview. The interviews will be conducted for Officer posts only.

The pre-exam training for Officer Scale I will be conducted from July 21 to July 26 and the pre-exam training for Office Assistant will be conducted from July 27 to August 1, 2019.
This is the eighth edition of the RRB recruitment process that is being conducted by IBPS. A total of 45 RRBs or the Grameen banks are participating in the recruitment process this year for selecting candidates for Officers and Office Assistant post.
Last year the IBPS RRB recruitment process had started on June 8 and 56 Grameen banks had participated in the recruitment process.
