Twitter is a platform where all the controversial speeches and comments are published through a tweet for any particular and desired community by which many controversies has risen and for which the Government of India asked several users from them and Twitter is already engaged in answering the questions. Now, the Government of India passed a statement to the Twitter to delete 1178 accounts and the company have to deleted and removed these accounts from Twitter because these accounts are run from Pakistan where they tweeted and provoke the ongoing farmer’s movement and by tweeting they provoke the Farmer’s by which India gets divided and the latest list was sent to Twitter on 4 February.

According to our resources, these accounts are running from Pakistan’s and working under the Khalistan groups which si state on the several countries and operated all the twitter for provoking India. The tweets were spotted by the security agencies and after seeing that, they send a notice to the Government of India for taking some action on its case. In the notice, they mentioned that these accounts were also automated bots and used to share and increase misguiding and stimulating stuffon farmers’ protests.

Now, the news is that Twitter still not takes any action regarding this but it is expected that they will take the action soon, also on 31st January, the Government of India sent a list of 257 tweets and accounts to the company and these accounts of India were blocked by the company, by which the Government of India tells the company that everyone has the rights to share their expressions and comments on social media. Later, on 1st February 2021, these 257 accounts get blocked for few minutes by the company just before the appearing in the court of the ministry committee.

As per the statement of the Ministry, they tell the company to remove the 1178 accounts and this case is leading under the section 69A of the IT Act because their tweets are provoking the farmers and spreading fake news and misguiding the farmers for dividing India.
