The Indian FTR 1200 S has recently made its way to India as it has been launched with its two amazing variants. These two variants are named: the Indian FTR 1200 S and the Indian FTR 1200 S Race Replica. And the good news is that Indian Motorcycle India has now officially started taking bookings for the FTR 1200 S in India.
Indian FTR 1200 S Launched in India
The company is now going to begin the deliveries of the two models, which are the 1200 S as well as the 1200 S Race Replica. Talking about its price, then the Indian FTR 1200 S is priced at ₹ 15.99 lakh in India while the FTR 1200 S Race Replica on the other hand is priced at ₹ 17.99 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom, India.
However, it is the official launch of the two motorcycles in India but Indian Motorcycle on the other hand had already announced the prices of the two bikes back in December 2018.
Indian FTR 1200 S Price
The company had already started accepting booking and all the interested customers can book the motorcycles by going to Indian dealerships, for this they have to pay a token amount of ₹ 2 lakh.
Coming to its engine specification, it is equipped with 1203 cc engine with max torque 115 Nm @ 6000 rpm. The engine of Indian FTR 1200 S has been inspired by the Scout but on the other hand gets 80 per cent new components and therefore runs a higher compression ratio as well. It has a Liquid Cooled, V-Twin with 121.66 PS and 2 cylinders.
