The last night episode of the TV series Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with the Bhalla family has been seen dancing. Adi congratulates Ruhi that she is with the Bhalla family but Ruhi feels herself dishearten in the house.

The phone rang and Ruhi and Ishita received the call. Ruhi is shocked to know that Pihu becomes unwell in her school and Ishita did not receive the call as she was busy dancing and Ruhi shouted at her by saying that she is a careless mom and like the way you ignored me you doing the same to Pihu.
Ishita is hurt to know so and shocked. Ishita is stunned to know that Pihu is ill and she did not care for her. They need to rush to Pihu now and Adi scolded Ruhi for her bad behaviour to Ishita.
Shagun explains to Ruhi that we are always there to take care of Pihu, somehow we miss this time but actually nothing like that. Amma and Mrs. Bhalla also agree with Shagun and Ishita is now broken down in tears. But Ruhi taunts Amma by saying that this is clear who is taking care of whom.
Shagun says we need to rush to the school now to bring Pihu, Ruhi says that she will be going there for Pihu as she is always there to take care of her sister. The family is shocked and happy to see that Ruhi already bring Pihu in the home.
She gives her medicine and makes her seeping. Shagun, Raman, and Ishita all go emotionally to see Pihu and they embrace Pihu to realise that Ruhi is a perfect as an elder sister of Pihu.
Pihu also said that it is Ruhi Did actually takes care of her and she is best. Ishita goes emotional and got teary eyes. Raman is also happy to see Ruhi proximity towards Pihu.
