JEE Main Result 2019 For April Exam Delayed: to be released after April 30

JEE Main result for the exams which was held in April in 2019 has been delayed. An official told that the JEE Main results for the second edition of the exams is not going to be released this week. As per to the official, the results is going to be released after April 30 on the official website.

However the National Testing Agency (NTA) had secured April 30 as the results announcement date, the expectation for an early release of the JEE Main result was in height as the Agency accomplished to release the first edition results in a record one week’s time after the exams held in the month of January. The JEE Main result is going to be released on the official website of JEE at jeemain.nic.in.

The official said, “The results are being prepared right now. We will not be able to release the results early as we did with the first JEE Main in January.” The official further added, “The results can be expected after April 30 which means the results will be delayed this time.”

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) result which was held on January on 19th January 2019. This was considered to be the fastest declaration of result as the result was about to release two weeks later. The NTA conducted the JEE Main 2019 Paper 1 and Paper 2 exam from 8th January 2019 to 12 January 2019 and the result was expected to release on 31st January 2019.

An official had previously informed that the date details for the result for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main April exam is going to be decided on April 22, Monday.

Second edition of JEE Main examination, which is being as an eligibility test for JEE advanced and also as an entrance test for a number of engineering and technological institutions in the nation, was held in the first and second weeks of April 2019.

Joint Entrance Examination Main is generally known as JEE Main exam and it is a national level examination. National Testing Agency (NTA) is the conducting body of JEE Main. The mode of examination is online or Computer based test. For Paper 2 drawing segment, the exam is held through pen and paper based test. The set of the examination is Undergraduate Exam and the main objective of examination is admissions into NITs, IIITs and CFTIs or qualifying test for JEE Advanced.

JEE Main exams are held twice this year and cumulative scores and ranks of both the exams is going be released along with the April results.

As per to the experts, the results are being overdue for the reason that of the task NTA is involved at present, which is: Planning of the cumulative rank list grounded on both JEE Main January and JEE Main April results as well as NTA Scores.

As per to the official estimations, total number of 10.25 lakh candidates appeared for the second edition of the exam held in April whereas on the other hand, total of 10.13 lakh candidates appeared on the examination day.
