Karbonn has today unveiled two new handsets with the name Fashion Eye and Fashion Eye 2.0. Company has taken the cue of the name of these handsets from a special feature which they have incorporated in these smart phones i.e AI (Artificial Intelligence) enabled fashion search feature. Company has introduced this feature in collaboration with its partnet Staqu. Both these handsets are going to be entry level smart phones with Fashion eye priced at INR 5,490 and Fashion Eye 2.0 tagged at INR 6,490 respectively.
What does this AI enabled fashion search feature do?
This AI has been designed in such a way that if users want to look for any outfit then all they have to do is to click the picture of that outfit and put it on search bar. AI will then automatically recognize the print, pattern, design and color of the outfit and will according deliver the results. And moreover users will also have the liberty to look for the best priced and deal offered to them through this fashion search engine. Staqu which has been behind the design of this feature currently have about 20,000 users on their app.
Kabronn Fashion eye specs:
It sports 5 “HD IPS Display and is powered by quad core processor clocked at the clock frequency of 1.3GHz. Processor is further combined along with 1GB of RAM and it bears 8GB of storage on the board which can be expanded further. It entails 8MP camera at the rear along with LED Flash while 2MP shooter is provided at the front for clicking selfies and for video calling. It carries 2000mAh battery with connectivity options like WiFi, USB, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G etc. It is bit disappointing to see the absence of 4G LTE connectivity when it is available on almost every handset coming up nowadays.
