2017 Kawasaki Ninja 650 KRT Edition Launched | Pics, Mileage Specs, Price in India

In India, the ‘India Kawasaki Motors’ has launched a special edition of Ninja 650 in silently today at INR 5.49 lakh (ex-showroom) with no media attention.

Powering the special KRT edition is a 649cc parallel twin DOHC liquid cooling engine. The unit can develop the max power of 68 PS of power @ 8,000 rpm with peak torque of 65.7 Nm @ 6,500 rpm and it arrives mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

The Managing Director of India Kawasaki Motors, Mr. Yutaka Yamashita, stated that “The Ninja 650 KRT edition is proved remarkable good the Europe, USA, and in some other foreign nations.

The businessman is saying that they are having a good pool of Ninja 650 customers here in India also. Those people who are keen to buy Ninja 650, is now having another option with this new edition.

This special edition of the Ninja KRT suspension duties is all set to carry out by a 41 mm telescopic fork at the front while the rear gets a horizontal back-link with adjustable preload setup and this will be held by the high tensile steel trellis frame.

The braking responsibilities and tasks are all set to handled by 300mm petal discs at the front along with single 220mm disc at the rear and this will be further assisted by ABS that comes fitted as standard.
