KIA SELTOS LAUNCH
The Kia Seltos SUV is scheduled to be launched globally in the second half of 2019. The 5-seater premium SUV is most likely to be launched in August-September 2019, before Diwali festive season. We will update you as soon as Kia makes an official announcement on the same.

The SP2i based 5-seater SUV will be launched as a premium model. It is expected to be priced in the range of Rs 10 lakh – Rs 16 lakh.
In India, the compact SUV is probable to be priced in the middle of Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 16 lakh (ex-showroom). While it is going to be involved in a direct battle with Hyundai Creta, the challenge is also going to come from other additional players such as Nissan Kicks, Renault Captur, Tata Harrier and MG Hector.

The Korean SUV will be offered in 2 BS6 compliant engine options – a 1.5-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel. Both engines will be available with a choice of manual and automatic gearboxes. The Kia Seltos SUV will also receive a performance oriented version. It will be powered by a performance oriented 1.4-litre turbo-petrol engine paired to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox with paddle-shifters.

Kia Seltos Engine and Transmission
