Kodi is one of the most awaited movies of this year because of the new dashing Avatar of Dhanush in bread. No doubt! He is looking quite awesome in the movie and the climax and story plot is very touchy subject for the viewers because of the good thriller. I am sure that you all are going to love this movie for sure. Kodi is a Tamil movie which is going to release in the festive weekend and I am sure that people are going to watch it in good numbers.

Kodi is Tamil political thriller movie written and directed by R. S. Durai Senthilkumar and produced by Vetrimaaran under his banner Grass Root Film Company. The movie stars Dhanush, Trisha, and Anupama Parameswaran, along with S. A. Chandrasekhar and Saranya Ponvannan. Dhanush, who produced R. S. Durai Senthilkumar’s previous two films, Ethir Neechal and Kakki Sattai, will be playing dual roles for the first time.
The film’s music composed by Santhosh Narayanan, the cinematography is performed by Venkatesh S. The movie is scheduled to release on 28 October 2016 coinciding with the festival of Diwali. A Telugu dubbed version of the film titled Dharma Yogi is scheduled to release on the same day.
Story based on-
Kodi features Dhanush in a double role, where one is a powerful politician and the other is an upright young man. The clash between the two forms the plot of the movie. I am sure that the people are going to appreciate the story plot and screenplay of this movie. But I don’t think that the direction and production work is that good by the makers.
Positive point of the movie-

- Music and cinematography are looking cool.
Negative point of the movie-
- Editing is average in the movie.
- Music is not that good
- Production and direction work is weak.
Final verdict-
The movie is going to be the good deal for the makers for sure because of the good acting and buzz around the people. But I am sure that the other releases are going to make competition for the makers.
