Comedy Nights Live star Krushna Abhishek’s daddy passes away today on 26 August. According to the leading daily, Krushna’s father Atmaprakash Sharma, who also recognized to be Govinda’s brother-in-law was fighting with cancer for many years but his well-being worsened from the last 15-20 days and he took his last breathe at his residence this morning.
Krushna is Govinda’s nephew and has a sister Aarti Singh who is also a TV actress. The family recently celebrated their father’s 75th birthday at their residence. Krushna’s wife Kashmera Shah was also present at the celebration and had shared some lovable images of her father-in-law from his day with a caption, wishing him a wonderful birthday.

Right Now, Krushna is seen on two of his popular comedy shows both airing on Colors – Comedy Nights Bachao and Comedy Nights Live. A while back there are rumors that Comedy Nights Bachao will go off air soon.
Asking about the quits, Krushna has confirmed the news and said this is just a rumor and he will continue both shows. He was quoted by Mumbai Mirror saying,
”Comedy Nights Bachao will now air on three Sundays a month, while Comedy Nights Live will air on the remaining Sunday slot. Both shows are doing well and rumours of them going off air are baseless and being spread by rivals. We are definitely not scrapping Comedy Nights Live, we don’t want people to think it went off after Kapil launched his own show.”
