Gambhir: “I think we are seeing a new breed of cricketers. Suryakumar and Russell played with great fearlessness, and we let them play their way. We want Suryakumar to play without any pressure so bat more overs. We were under pressure, but we know what Yusuf and Russell can do. It was unbelievable hitting. Russell has won us 2 games in a similar situation, and we are gaining in confidence. Russell is great fun to have in the team and we don’t want him to change.”
