Live Update India weather Reports: Heavy Rain Alert In Uttarakhand, Train Services Disrupted In Mumbai

Well, you all should know that IMD predicted that the Monsoon will reach northern parts of India soon but it didn’t. Now, the India Meteorological Department confirmed that it happened due to weak monsoon flow in associations with the weak cross-equatorial flow, an unfavorable location of an active phase of Madden Julian Oscillation (MJO), an equatorial eastwards propagating oscillations which lay over central and east Pacific Ocean, Western hemisphere and Africa.

Also, the reports are confirming that the development of low-pressure system over the northwest Pacific Ocean is also the cause of late Monsoon arrival. Also, they stated that the monsoon circulation is likely to improve from around June 24 with an expected movement of an active phase of MJO to west Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining the Arabian Sea during the next 23 days and development of cyclonic circulations over eastern India leading to a strengthening of easterlies winds over Gangetic plains.

The weather department has issued a five-day weather alert for Uttarakhand, Goa, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Maharashtra region. Heavy rain is also predicted in Telangana, Karnataka and Kerala. The Uttarakhand government has already cancelled leaves of officer following the alert.

You can say that the people who are living in Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, West Bengal and some parts of Jharkhand, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh can expect it till June 23-25. Also, the heat wave conditions are likely to prevail over parts of east India and Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next 48 hours. Reports are coming that this whole thing is going to be non-beneficial for the people who are living in northern parts because they need to see much temperature rise in upcoming days.

You all may know that the IMD has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall over Konkan and Goa and heavy rains at isolated places over Kerala, coastal Karnataka, Madhya Maharashtra, Assam, Meghalaya and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, on Wednesday.
