Now Ashwin went to bring medicine for Bau Ji and Ashwin somehow feels something fishy and he went in to the Bau ji’s room with a constable but he shocked to see that a person in Burkha is adding something in the glucose bottle of Bau Ji.
Meanwhile, due to it is Bau Ji’s birthday everybody is sad in the Pandey family, Bihaan and Thapki is also sad. Just they are hoping that Bau Ji will be comeback very soon.
Suddenly Dhruv informs to the Pandey family and Vasu that Bau Ji is getting unwell day by day and he is again has been attacked. Everybody rush to the hospital with Vasu and Dadi. Vasu cries and in the hospital, Dadi decides to do the Puja in Mandir (Temple) for her son Balwinder. Dadi asked Preeti and Suman to give her the Pooja plate but they said they forget to bring the same.
When Dadi was about to raise her voice on them as Dadi is worry for Balwinder and she wants to do the Pooja for the welfare of Bau Ji, Thapki and Bihaan come and give her the Pooja plate. Thapki and Bihaan also said to Bau Ji, let me go in his room, I prepared cake for Bau Ji. Thapki said but Vasu scolds her and denied her from going in the Bau Ji’s room as Bau Ji is unable to even breathe.
And Vasu said to Thapki and Bihaan and you guys are doing drama of bringing cake. Even Shraddha humiliated Thapki and Bihaan for this. Thapki and Bihaan look at Bau Ji and cry.
Precap: Thapki sees the slipper marks and says how these marks come. She tells to Dhruv that the real culprit is come and he changed Bau Ji’s medicine must. Everybody is shocked now.
