Later, a company decided to launch the Baleno RS after witnessing the huge response from their customer fro the same car.
The Maruti Suzuki introduced the Baleno RS concept in the at the Auto Expo 2016 in February and confirmed the launch of the production version this festive season.
As the festive season is coming close, the date of launching of this car is also coming close. Recently, Maruti has revealed some of the new features of this upcoming model of Baleno.
According to sources, Baleno Rs will have the more impact engine, which will be powered by the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine and it is called Booster met by the company itself.
This engine will produce the power of close to 111bhp and 170Nm of peak torque.
Meanwhile, the company has not revealed the gear function as doubts are there that whether this model of Baleno will have 5 gear or 6 gear panels.
It is also believed that Baleno Rs will have automatic transmission option with paddle shifters. This features will give this car an life over its rival cars and will also provide fun to its driver.
