The South Korean giant Samsung is in all sort of trouble with their Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphone. The million of users of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has claimed that their smartphone is automatically catching fire.
Although, the Samsung argued that their replacement handset for the defected would satisfy their customers as the problem has been resolved. But, nothing went into their favor as the replacement handset started burning.
Meanwhile, Samsung has been struck with the loss of massive 3.1 billion, and the worst part is that their brand image is on the verge of declining. The billions of Samsung users have claimed that now, they will never trust the South Korean giant company.
Not only this, the company’s decision to ax the Galaxy Note 7 will now cost them the loss of $9.5 billion. The start of this week has scrolled down 8% of the shares of the Samsung which is a huge blow for the company.
Meanwhile, the Samsung corporation is not trying to figure out what is causing Note 7 to catch fire. It is believed that Samsung has reclaimed 2.5 million of the phones from their customers worldwide and will look to settle down the problem in minimum time.
According to the sources, it is believed that the main issue is in the battery. The Samsung has now started to pay the incentives to their company in the US with the sum of $100.
The company is also offering the customer to purchase the other Samsung phone in the exchange of Note 7. The company is now concentrating in expanding the sale of Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge
