Filming began in late May 2015 in Toronto. The movie was released on March 25, 2016 by Universal Pictures.

Movie has good buzz like expected but people coming out to watch this movie in mixed numbers and that’s cool movie only collected average bucks for the makers and they expecting bit much from the movie I think movie can do far better but other recent releases giving stick competition to the movie and that’s why makers worried.
Because movie releasing along with Criminal, and Money Monster and people already decided that they going to watch these two movie is good numbers and I am in doubt that between these two co-release “My Big fat Greek Wedding” going to be the attention of people.
First two days box office collection of the movie-
Movie opened with mixed occupancy and collected average bucks for the makers and that’s cool. Movie collected between 18 $ Million from America in Easter weekend. People surely going to watch this movie but movie receiving stick completion from other big releases like Batman Vs. Superman and Civil War. And between these big movies I think it’s hard to survive and that’s happening with the movie.
story revolves around a big Fat Greek marriage like the previous one but this time the marriage is more bigger and fatter also the two young teenager daughters facing the problem in their own weeding topics and what happened next and they both how survived with their family when their parents thinking for divorce that’s all about this movie is. And I think if you loved the first part and you enjoyed the trailer of second part than sure go for the movie.
Movie can do far better business but because of big releases in bollywood movie didn’t doing that much good business from India.
