An Indian Smartphone Brand – Intex has launched a new budget-friendly 3G smartphone on 14th October under its aqua series in India – Aqua S2 with a price tag of Rs 4,990/-. The New Smartphone is now listed on the official website of the company with price details and full features. The highlight of this handset is – its fingerprint scanner which is placed under the rear camera. The handset will be available in 3 different colour options – Blue, Grey, and Champagne colours.

Specifications: The New Intex Aqua S2 3G handset features a 5-inch IPS FWVGA display with a pixels resolution of 480×854 and pixel density of 196 ppi. The handset is powered by a 32 Bit Quad-Spreadtrum SC7731C processor with Mali 400 MP GPU which is paired with 1 GB of DDR3 RAM. The new handset supports Dual-SIM (GSM + WCDMA) with 3G Connectivity and runs on latest Android Marshmallow 6.0 OS out of the box. The new device of Intex is equipped with an 8 GB of internal memory, which can be further expandable up to 32 GB through micro SD card.
The New Intex Aqua S2 handset supports a 5 MP Primary Rear camera with a LED flashlight that can record 720p videos at 30 fps. The handset also supports a same 5 MP Secondary front facing camera with a LED Flashlight on board for video calling and better selfies experiences. The Rear camera also features Zero Shutter Delay, Self Timer Smile shot, Face Beauty Mode, and also supports a GIF images as well. The new handset is packed with a 2450 mAh Li-ion battery pack. The company claims that the battery delivers up to 5 hours of talk time and up to 110 hours standby time on 3G network.
