Royal Enfield is all set to launch its much-anticipated model into the market. It is gearing up for the launch which will take place in short order. The CEO of Eicher Motors, the parent company of Royal Enfield, Siddhartha Lal has confirmed that they will soon launch its flagship product. The exact details about the new model of Royal Enfield were not yet revealed, but it is expected that it could be 750 cc motorcycle.
As per the officials of the company, it is said that the new Royal Enfield 750cc model will be called as Royal Enfield Interceptor. This name is not new to the motor company. It has previously used the same name like 700 Interceptor, 692 Interceptor, and 759 Interceptor ages ago when the company is entirely British thing.
The price of the Royal Enfield Interceptor is around Rs. 3 lakhs.
Feature of the Royal Enfield Interceptor:
New model will be supporting a parallel-twin 750 cc engine that might churn out 45-50 bhp and a peak torque of more than 60 Nm. As per the spy shots, the motorcycle may have a telescopic suspension at the front and Paioli shock absorbers at the rear.
Royal Enfield Interceptor 750 cc will definitely increase the worth of the company in the global market. The company also said to be working on a 400 cc engine, which will be turned to develop 40 Nm. Another 600-650 cc motorcycle is also said to be under work for a global market introduction.
