OMG! Dhoni steps out as Indian Captain from ODI & T20, Virat Kohli to be next Captain

The massive news is coming out from the Indian Cricket team camp as the regular ODI captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni has stepped down from the captaincy reins from ODI and t20 cricket. Dhoni has announced that he will continue to play in the India ODI team and t20 team, but not as a captain. The decision from the Dhoni did not come to surprise to Cricket Pundits as everyone was calling out to make Virat Kohli the full-time captain for all the three formats of Indian Cricket team. Even, the ICC has named Kohli has the captain of their ODI team of 2016, and after that, Cricket Australia has also named Virat Kohli as the Captain of their team for year 2016.

Virat has been in sublime form in the Test Cricket with scoring three double ton in this year and became the Man of the series in recently included Test series. Also, Indian test team has formed brilliantly under the captaincy of Virat Kohli. The experts were calling out from long time for Dhoni to step down from captaincy duties as they feel it is the right time for Virat to lead India in all the three formats.

Meanwhile, India is scheduled to play England for three ODI and three t20 from 15th January and it will be the first time when Kohli will lead the Indian Cricket team in coloured clothing.
