ISLAMABAD : Pakistan International Airline (PIA) plane traveling to Islamabad from Chitral crashed following it lost connection with the control tower,Sources verified that Junaid Jamshed was also among passengers aboard the ill-fated flight.
Junaid Jamshed’s brother verified that the former musician and famous religious personality was accompanied by his family as they were recorded to reach Islamabad on this flight.When, Junaid s fellow also confirmed that he was on board the PIA flight 661.

The flight withdrew from Chitral around 3:30pm and was relied upon to arrive at Islamabad’s Benazir Bhutto International Airport at around 4:40pm. A PIA representative told media that flight PK-661 had vanished from the air control radar. As indicated by military’s media wing ISPR, armed force troops and helicopters have been dispatched to the crash site for protecting endeavors.
We lament to illuminate that PIA’s ATR-42 flying machine working as PK-661, bearing 40 people lost its contact with the control tower on its way from Chitral to Islamabad a brief time back.
