PSEB Results 2018: To Release Class 10 result at pseb.ac.in on 9th May and Toppers List to be out today: – The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) is all set to declare the STD 10th results on its official website pseb.ac.in on either today or tomorrow.
On the last Monday, Dr Tejinder Kaur Dhaliwal, the Punjab School Examination Board Chairman, held a press conference and stated that the Punjab School of Education Board is all set to release the result on its official website on this 9th May, which will be also declared the merit list of toppers today itself on 8th May 2018.
PSEB Results 2018 Date and Time
Though the board has not declared the time for the announcement of the merit list, so this is expected to be out anytime today.
In the meantime, the Punjab Board result and scorecard will be going to be available tomorrow on the PSEB website and on the India Results website which also hosted the Punjab Board Class 12 result on the last 23rd April.
Post, the Punjab Board will be releasing the schedule for the supplementary exam, then the main result of the Punjab School of Education Board.
Previously, the news channel Zee News had reported that the results can be announced, on the last Thursday at around 10 am.
There have been rumors of the announcement of results on this week, though; the report is yet to be noted. Official websites often crashed as a number of candidates tried to gain access in anticipation of their mark sheets also.
The declaration of results of the PSEB STD 10 has been somehow delayed on this year of 2017 because the board held a re-test of some subjects, the report added further.
The examination for the STD 10th was actually conducted from 12 to 31 March from 10 am to 1.15 pm. Approximately, around, 4.6 lakh students have appeared for the exams in this year of 2018.
As per a leading media portal, The Indian Express, this year for the first time the board had abolished the “marks moderation system” also which is also making headlines.
The system permitted teachers to give good marks to all candidates in order to improve their final score that can be resulting in having higher pass percentage ratio also.
