PUBG ‘Narrative Experience’ is Coming soon to the PUBG Universe From a New Studio

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) is a battle royale game fully based on hunting weapons and using stealth or further strategies in order to be the last person alive. PUBG is the leading most game which is loved by most of the people across the globe. It is globally being played within different servers. Striking Distance is going to be directed by gaming industry veteran Glen Schofield. Generally, battle royale games don’t have any narrative, but the developer of PUBG Corp. wants some modification in that. As per to a report by Eurogamer, there’s a narrative PUBG game work is already in the progress.

Having more than 28 years of experience in the gaming industry, Schofield has helped in developing two popular titles such as Dead Space and Call of Duty. In the introduction of the video, Schofield said, “We’re working together to build the studio from the ground up so we can begin crafting an original narrative experience in the PUBG universe.”

Now, he is shifting to PUBG Corp. from Sledgehammer Games which is acknowledged for popular titles such as ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’, ‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’ and ‘Call of Duty: WWII’. Previous to this, Schofield has also developed Dead Space at Visceral Games.

He then further added in the video, “As a creator the freedom to explore the PUBG universe has me excited about the possibilities which we view as beyond battle royale.”

Striking Distance is going to be based out of San Ramon, California. It is completely retained by PUBG Corp. who is going to publish the new PUBG development programmes.

PUBG is already one of the most popular battle royale games. PUBG or ‘Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds’ is an online game where two or more online players can play on the framework of a combat zone. Within a few days of it release, the game became so much popular not only to constricted area but basically to worldwide. The game is also accessible for PC, Xbox and PlayStation and mobile as well.

PUBG has also launched a new light version, PUBG Lite for low-end PCs and laptops. PUBG Lite is a free version of Battlegrounds which is especially meant to be improved and enhanced playable on low-end computers by having important cutbacks in graphic fine points along with other features, but is otherwise feature far-reaching with the complete game. It is available in a number of cities internationally.

This version of PUBG is intended to be played in areas where the game’s minimum specifications may be problematic or hard for average players to attain, like areas in Southeast Asia, with a beta launch first released in Thailand in the month of January 2019. Recently, PUBG Lite is announced to be coming to India. Pre-registrations for PUBG Lite in India are at present underway.
