Well, as you all know that this month two big movies released on the same date in Bollywood. Both of these movies have the different buzz before the release attract the box office. But all of sudden something went wrong for the makers of Mohenjo Daro because people didn’t attracted towards the movie in that much number. On the other hand Akki’s co-release “Rustom” did awesome business in box office.
Both movies “Rustom” and “Mohenjo Daro” have star power and nobody expected that Hrithik’s History drama based movie going to be the flopped at the box office. On the other hand, it was expected that Akshay Kumar going to rule the Bollywood by the Rustom because his movie is going well this year. In the end, you can say that the makers of Rustom won the big clash of this month.
Rustom collected more than 100 Crore in just 9 days of release. Also, the box office collection reports are increasing every day. Few Critics are saying that the movie is going to make more than 200 Crore from the International market. Also, the audiences are looking quite interested towards the movie because of the heart touching plot.
On the other hand, Mohenjo Daro opened up with the very low occupancy in the first week of release and collected between 57.60 Crore from the very first week of release. Even the 2nd-week box office collection is all around 16.20 Crore. Just because this movie collected 26.50 Crore from the overseas box office the movie made more than 100 Crores.
Well, now both of these movies completed their journey in the box office but “Rustom” is still looking strong. On the other hand, Mohenjo Daro is overall finished from the box office and people have no buzz for the movie and that is disappointing. Also, the new release “A flying Jatt” is attracting the good amount of audience towards the cinema.
After watching the box office collection of “Rustom” and “Mohenjo Daro” it is cleared that the Rustom won the box office collection Race.
