Salman Khan Seeks High Court Permission To Go Dubai For Bajrangi Bhaijaan Shooting

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is out on bail after convicted for 2002 hit-and-run case. His legal team has filed an application before the honorable Bombay High Court to grant him the permission to participate in Arab-Indo Bollywood function to be held in Dubai on May 29. Karan Johar and Pareeniti Chopra will also attain the function along with Khan.

The actor moved to the Bombay High Court to seek out permission for travelling to Dubai next week. A High Court vacation bench will hear his plea next week. On May 6th Salman was convicted by the Sessions Court for “culpable homicide not amounting to murder” and sentenced to five years jail for a 13-year-old case in which Khan’s car – Toyota Land Cruiser by mistake ran over five people who were sleeping on pavement outside bakery in suburban Bandra. One of them got killed and other four injured in the incident that took place on September 28, 2002.

Salman Khan is having a busy schedule this year. He recently completed his shooting for Kabir Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan in Kashmir. His co-stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui were also present there. Rajshree Production’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo will also feature Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor in the lead role. The film is slated to release during Diwali this year. Neil Nitin Mukesh and Armaan Kohli will also act in the movie.
