Ajay Devgn’s much hyped directorial film Shivaay will clash at the box office this Diwali with Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil which stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.The star lead and director Ajay had already announced the film’s release date and Karan Johar is considering the same date for his Ae Dil Hai Mushkil that came as a bomb to Ajay.
On August 7, the trailer launch of Shivaay was held in Indore and Ajay finally opens up on the clash. Ajay said,
“It really doesn’t matter to me. Everyone wishes for a solo release but I am more concerned about what I am doing than what others are doing,”
This coolest reply from the actor-director seems he is ineffective with the clash but the last line said it loudly. If we consider this deeply the actor is trying to say the clash is making him concern about his own not for any other. Well, his cool attitude has won our heart but the clash is going to be quite interesting for sure.
During the promotions the actor further said,
“Why would Karan Johar release his film on the same date as mine? I was so confident about Shivaay that I released the trailer two-and-a-half months ago. It is unfortunate that he will affect the distribution of my film.”
This statement shows the concern and affect of the clash on Ajay rather clearly. It is going to be very interesting to watch this clash which is going to take place this Diwali. Shivaay made everyone quite excited and KJo hasn’t revealed much details about the film.
